Alyson is a Transformational coach, Relationship coach, Neuro-linguistic Programming Master Coach, Extended DISC Behaviour Analysis Practitioner, Emotional Fitness specialist, Energy Healer, Hypnotherapist and Bling Angel. She uses all the tools in her toolkit to facilitate her clients’ journeys towards creating and sustaining the life they desire!

Alyson says she is like a private chef who has many ingredients in her kitchen that she chooses carefully to tantalise her client’s tastebuds and create the most sumptuous dish to feed her client’s heart and soul.
